What a Curaçao licence gives you, and what it does not
A Curaçao licence means the operator answers to a regulator. It must run identity and anti-money-laundering checks, offer responsible-gambling tools, keep player funds properly accounted for and respond to complaints escalated to the licensing body. That is a real floor, and it is considerably more than an unlicensed site offers.
What it does not give you is Australian protection. No Australian regulator supervises this platform. Some third-party listings attribute this brand to a different entity: GBL Solutions N.V., holding licence OGL/2024/589/0556. That licence is real — it appears in the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s public register as a B2C licence issued in October 2025 to a company registered under number 155090. What we could not confirm is that the entity has any connection to the brand covered on this site.
We have therefore published the details the platform itself states in its footer, and flagged the discrepancy rather than quietly picking whichever version reads better. If licensing details matter to a decision you are about to make, verify them against the regulator’s own register on the day you need them, not against a listing on a review site — ours included.
